I just got back from watching The Amazing Spider-Man. It was pretty good. Doesn’t make a lasting impression on your mind like The Avengers did. Still pretty amazing. Andrew Garfield was the perfect Spider-Man from what I remember from the cartoons when I was a kid. Never bothered to read the comics. Spider-Man was really cocky, and just generally a cool guy. Also, Andrew’s awkwardness as Peter was brilliant. His stuttering was awesome. His general existence is awesome, actually. Gwen Stacy was awesome. I liked her SO MUCH better than I liked Mary Jane Watson. Gwen was so badass. Sigh, Emma Stone.
My friend’s fangirling over how hot Andrew looks when there were really intense scenes going on was SUPER ANNOYING though. Whatever. Didn’t ruin it for me. So I’m good.
So yeah, pretty epic. Okay-ish Background Score. Good Soundtrack.Why isn’t the soundtrack list there anywhere online, btw? I want to know what the Coldplay song in the movie is called. :(
